IFSA LC UGM At Glance
IFSA, shorts for International Forestry Students' Association, is an association of more than 3000 students of Faculty of Forestry and Environmental Sciences from more than 60 Local Committees from about 40 countries in the world! Local Committee (LC) is a kind of sub of IFSA in a university or community of a country. IFSA is a non-governmental, non-profit and non-religious association entirely run by students for students and produces ideas and profitable outcomes. Usually, the headquarter of IFSA is called IFSA World.

One of its LCs, IFSA LC UGM, located in Universitas Gadjah Mada, was established in 2002 and was having 8 officials. They were: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Head of Development Commission, Head of Language Commission, Head of Fundraising Commission, and Head of Media Commission. Since 2014, the Officials Structure has changed into President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Head of Development Commission, Head of Language Commission, Head of Forestry Education and Delegation Commission, and Head of Media Commission.
Each of heads of commission are in charge to manage their own commissioners, to choose a project officer for each projects that have been planned, and to coordinate with Direction (President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer).
