The International Forestry Students’ Association Local Committee Universitas Gadjah Mada (IFSA LC UGM), through the Forestry Education Commission, organized the Seminar Hasil (SEMHAS) Delegasi IFSA LC UGM 2025 under the theme “From Bulaksumur to the World, Foresters for a Greener World.” This event was held on Friday, 14th November 2025 in Room A.306, Faculty of Forestry, Universitas Gadjah Mada. The event was envisioned as a strategic platform for reflection and the dissemination of forestry knowledge, aiming not only to strengthen student competencies but also to expand academic impact on the broader society through constructive dialogue and collaboration. During this event, IFSA LC UGM featured delegates who shared the outcomes, benefits, and participation mechanisms regarding their international delegations in the environmental and forestry sectors. Specifically, the event highlighted insights from several key global forums, including the United Nations Convention on Biological Diversity (UNCBD) Sub-Regional Capacity-Building Workshop on Target 3 of the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework for East and Southeast Asia, the Rainforest Youth Summit (RAYS) 2025, the 12th Asia Pacific Regional Meeting (APRM) 2025, the 53rd International Forestry Students' Symposium (IFSS) 2025, the Sub-Regional Dialogue on Biodiversity Monitoring and Reporting (Target 2 of the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework), and the 10th Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) General Assembly 2025.

This session featured presentations by IFSA LC UGM delegates who participated in prestigious international forums. During the Seminar Hasil (SEMHAS) Delegasi IFSA LC UGM 2025, these delegates shared their experiences with the audience, covering key details such as event locations, comprehensive program overviews, and the strategic outputs gained. These insights were intended to demonstrate the value and benefits brought back to IFSA LC UGM through the deployment of its delegates to these global events.

The rolling sharing session aimed to foster a closer connection between the audience and the delegates during the Seminar Hasil (SEMHAS) Delegasi IFSA LC UGM 2025. This format allowed attendees to engage directly and casually with the delegates, asking specific questions about their key takeaways, pre-departure preparations, culture shock, and other relevant topics. Furthermore, this session served to motivate the audience, particularly other IFSA LC UGM members, to apply as delegates and overcome any doubts regarding their capabilities. Additionally, this activity acted as a promotional tool for IFSA LC UGM, encouraging non-members who were interested in future delegation opportunities to join the organization.

Furthermore, the Seminar Hasil (SEMHAS) Delegasi IFSA LC UGM 2025 was broadcast live to accommodate audiences unable to attend the venue, allowing them to witness the delegates' presentations. Instagram Live was selected as the platform specifically to boost engagement for the IFSA LC UGM account and drive more traffic to the profile, which features a wealth of valuable information. The live stream was successful, garnering a total viewership of over 85 accounts.
